Every Wild Trail product is made to order and produced specifically for you once an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste while delivering premium outdoor apparel inspired by adventure, nature, and life on the trail.

Please review the information below regarding processing, shipping, and delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and produced after purchase.

Production Time:
• 2–7 Business Days

During holidays, sales events, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

United States

• FREE Shipping on orders over $75
• Shipping costs for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout

International Orders

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier availability.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Tracking availability may vary depending on destination country and carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Please verify all shipping details before placing your order.

Wild Trail is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If an address error is discovered, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun or a shipment has been dispatched.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Please note that shipping carriers may require additional time to complete lost package investigations before replacement or refund options can be considered.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of every Wild Trail product.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
• Photos of packaging if applicable

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost when appropriate.

In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all Wild Trail products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer's remorse
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong product
• Ordering the wrong color or style
• Personal preference

Please review sizing charts and product information carefully before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Wild Trail proudly ships to customers around the world.

International shipments may be subject to:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT charges
• Brokerage fees
• Other government-imposed charges

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Wild Trail is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import procedures, or local postal services within the destination country.
