ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your preferred size and color, then click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and changes may no longer be possible. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently, but we may offer gift options in the future.

SIZING

How do your shirts fit?

Our shirts feature a comfortable unisex fit and generally run true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized fit, consider sizing up.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes. Every product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the best fit before ordering.

What sizes do you offer?

Most products are available in sizes Small through 3XL. Availability may vary by design and garment.

How long does shipping take?

Production Time: 2–5 Business Days

USA Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

International Shipping: 7–14 Business Days

Estimated delivery for most USA orders: 5–12 Business Days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and many European countries.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy?

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What should I do?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Because all products are made specifically to order, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

PRODUCTS & PRINTING

What brand of shirts do you use?

We use premium-quality apparel, including Comfort Colors® 1717 garment-dyed tees and Gildan® Softstyle 65000 shirts, depending on the specific product.

How are the shirts printed?

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing to produce vibrant colors, detailed artwork, and long-lasting prints.

Will the print fade after washing?

When cared for properly, our prints are designed to last for years. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low for best results.

Are your designs exclusive?

Yes. Every Wild Trail design is created exclusively for our brand.
