At Wild Trail, every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. This made-to-order approach allows us to reduce waste, avoid excess inventory, and create premium outdoor apparel inspired by adventure, nature, and life on the trail.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All Wild Trail products are produced specifically for each customer after purchase. Because of this, we are unable to restock returned items in the same way traditional retailers can.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, garment details, color selections, and sizing information before completing a purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Ordering the wrong color
• Ordering the wrong product
• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse
• Personal preference
• Accidental purchases
Please review all sizing charts and product information carefully before ordering.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the issue
• Photos of the packaging if applicable
Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost when appropriate.
In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package appears lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate solution.
Please note:
• Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to update
• Carrier delays may occasionally occur during peak seasons
• International shipments may experience customs-related delays
Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as missing may require additional investigation before a replacement or refund can be approved.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Need to update your order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Because production often begins shortly after an order is received, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after this period.
Once an order enters production, modifications may no longer be possible.

REFUNDS
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect items received
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Wild Trail proudly ships to customers around the world.
International customers should be aware that:
• Delivery times vary by destination
• Customs inspections may cause delays
• Import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
• Shipping carriers and customs agencies operate independently of Wild Trail
Wild Trail is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your local government.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, Wild Trail cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
